KDG People is an internal employee information system operated by Kingston Destination Group. This policy explains, in general terms, how information in the system is used and protected.

Information We Handle

The system may contain account details, contact information, employment information, documents, and records of activity in the system. Information may be entered by you or by authorized staff.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to administer employment and workplace records, provide employee and manager services, operate and secure the system, maintain audit history, and meet business or legal record-keeping obligations.

Access

Access is limited according to a user's role and responsibilities. Authorized administrators and managers may have access to information needed for their work. Some information may be visible only to administrators.

Storage and Service Providers

We use technology service providers to operate and secure KDG People. Information may be processed or stored by those providers on our behalf and is subject to the safeguards and access controls used for this system.

Retention and Corrections

Information is retained as reasonably required for employment, business, security, and legal purposes. If information about you is inaccurate, you may update information available through self-service or ask an administrator or Human Resources to correct it.
