KDG People is an internal workplace system provided by Kingston Destination Group for authorized employees, managers, administrators, and other approved users.

Authorized Use

Use the system only for legitimate workplace purposes and only with an account assigned to you. Keep your password and account access secure and do not allow another person to use your account.

Information and Records

Users are expected to provide accurate information and to use reasonable care when creating or changing workplace records. Actions in the system may be logged for security, administration, and audit purposes.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the system to access information you are not authorized to view, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or upload unlawful, malicious, or unrelated material.

Availability and Changes

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Features, access, and these terms may be updated as the system and workplace requirements change.

Employment Terms

These website terms govern use of KDG People. They do not replace or change any employment agreement, workplace policy, or rights and obligations under applicable law.
